Exams are about to come up, and I appreciate that everyone is revising hard (or procrastinating on YouTube). However, I did want to flag something up for students to be aware of.
As you are all aware, David Willetts, the universities minister, has issued a policy statement about Disabled Students' Allowence. The statement is vague and there has been an invitation to consult with the government so that they are able to hear what Disabled Students use their DSA for.
This is being compiled by Hannah Patterson, the NUS Disabled Students' Officer and therefore if you have any testimony about how you use your DSA and how important it is, please contact her at email@example.com. Please do so if you want your voice to be heard
