24 hour First Bus Service!

Posted by Benjamin Leatham, 30/07/2015

It's happened! We've managed to secure an official University backed 24 hour bus service between campus and town! Between midnight and 7am the 66 will become an hourly service. This is fantastic news and means students will be able to get back to campus safely at any time of night. Please please please if you can use the 66 instead of the Uni Bus service. First are now the official University backed transport service meaning drivers are properly trained on how to deal with students (e.g. never leaving one behind) and a lot of the money they make is invested back into campus transport. This is a big win for YUSU, students AND the University! Woooopdiedooo!

The 66:

• York railway station

• city centre

• heslington hall

• heslington east

• York sport village
